Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 2 hours in advance of your session.
Cancellation Policy:
We look forward to seeing you! If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us.
If you no show and or fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you and/or your gift certificate will be charged for the time originally scheduled.
Thank you for respecting our time and energy. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Arriving Late:
The therapist has reserved a specific time for each appointment and late arrivals will be deducted from the session.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without contacting the therapist, the client will be considered a no show and the cancellation policy will be enforced.
*Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
*Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
